Shipping Policy:
FOR ALL ORIGINAL/FRAMED ITEMS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Shipping of original/framed items will include 100% insurance coverage as a standard of practice. Due to this, shipping & handling rates for these specific items are NOT included in the total price at checkout, and will be only be calculated AFTER the item is purchased.
Customers will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase that includes all shipping & handling fees. Customers have 48 hours from the date and time of email delivery to respond to Art by Nat if they agree to said fees. If customer wishes to cancel the entire order AFTER the 48-hour timeframe, only a 75% refund will be returned back to them via PayPal.
If customer agrees to all S&H fees, they will be required to email Art by Nat confirming so. They will then receive a money request via PayPal, and payment will be required within 48 hours from the date and time the money request was sent. If after 48 hours, payment has not been received, the order will be deemed cancelled, and only 50% of the entire order will be refunded back to the customer via PayPal.
